Sarcosine (N-Methylglycine) 是一种内源性氨基酸，是一种竞争性甘氨酸转运蛋白 I 型 (GlyT1) 抑制剂和 N-甲基-D-天冬氨酸 (NMDA) 受体共激动剂。肌氨酸增加甘氨酸浓度，导致 NMDA 受体的间接增强。肌氨酸常用于精神分裂症的研究。
