D-AP4 (D-APB; D-2-Amino-4-phosphonobutyric acid) 是谷氨酸的磷酸类似物，是NMDA广谱兴奋性氨基酸受体拮抗剂。D-AP4 也是海马 CA1 锥体神经元中 quisqualate-sensitized AP6 部位的激动剂。D-AP4 抑制 AMPA 受体刺激培养的小脑颗粒细胞中的 57Co²⁺内流 (IC₅₀≥ 100 μM)。

生物活性	D-AP4 (D-APB; D-2-Amino-4-phosphonobutyric acid), a phosphono analogue of glutamate, is anNMDAbroad spectrum excitatory amino acid receptor antagonist. D-AP4 also is an agonist for a quisqualate-sensitized AP6 site in hippocampus. D-AP4 inhibits AMPA receptor-stimulated 57Co²⁺influx in cultured cerebellar granule cells (IC₅₀≥ 100 μM)^[1]^[2]^[3].
