Topoisomerase II inhibitor 5 (Compound E24) (0-20 μM, 72 h) shows antiproliferative activities against cancer cells^[1].

Cell Proliferation Assay^[1]

Cell Line:	SW480, HCT116 and HeLa
Concentration:	0-20 μM
Incubation Time:	72 h
Result:	Showed antiproliferative activities with IC₅₀values of 1.2 ± 0.3, 0.7 ± 0.05 and 1.2 ± 0.04 μM against SW480, HCT116 and HeLa cells, respectively.
