MtTMPK-IN-1 (compound 3) 一种有效的分支杆菌胸苷酸激酶 (MtbTMPK)抑制剂，IC₅₀为 2.5 μM。MtTMPK-IN-1 对MtbH37Rv 具有中等至微弱的抑制活性，对人成纤维细胞 MRC-5 具有低细胞毒性。MtTMPK-IN-1 可用于结核病的研究。

生物活性	MtTMPK-IN-1 (compound 3) is a potentMycobacterium tuberculosisthymidylate kinase (MtTMPK)inhibitor with anIC₅₀value of 2.5 μM. MtTMPK-IN-1 has moderate to weak activity againstMtbH37Rv and low cytotoxicity in human fibroblast cells MRC-5. MtTMPK-IN-1 can be used for researching tuberculosis^[1].
