背景信息：
Nectin-4/脊髓灰质炎病毒受体样 4 (PVRL4) 是一种属于免疫球蛋白超家族的 I 型跨膜糖蛋白，通过作为黏附连接的主要组分促进细胞间黏附 (1-3)。Nectin-4 的胞外域包括一个 Ig 可变区 (V) 和两个 Ig 恒定区 (C)，通过与 Nectin-1 的反式异嗜性相互作用来介导与麻疹病毒 (4) 和相邻细胞的结合 (5,6)。不像在成体组织中广泛表达的其他连接素家族成员，人 Nectin-4 的表达在很大程度上限于胚盘 (7)。研究表明，Nectin-4 在胰腺癌 (8)、乳腺癌 (9,10)、肺癌 (11) 和卵巢癌 (12) 等多种人实体瘤的细胞中过表达。Nectin-4 在正常人组织中的表达模式受限，因此可作为各种人肿瘤的一种新型诊治靶标。
