背景信息：

GOPC (FIG) 最初鉴定为高尔基体相关的含有 PDZ 结构域的蛋白质。它具有位于氨基末端区域的两个卷曲螺旋结构域（CC1 和 CC2）和一个在羧基末端区域的 PDZ 结构域 (1)。CC2 结构域及其相邻的接头区域介导 GOPC 与高尔基体蛋白高尔基体蛋白-160 和 Q-SNARE 蛋白突触融合蛋白6 结合 (1,2)。 GOPC 的 PDZ 结构域与靶标蛋白的羧基末端相互作用以介导靶标蛋白囊泡运输和表面表达 (3-6)。已经在一些胶质母细胞瘤中检测到相应的 GOPC 基因与 ROS 酪氨酸激酶癌基因的融合物。所得到的 GOPC-ROS 融合蛋白导引至高尔基体装置，在那里，组成型方式激活的 ROS 酪氨酸激酶可以介导肿瘤形成 (7,8)。
