背景信息：
HOP，也称作应激诱导的磷酰蛋白 1 (STIP)，是主要热休克蛋白 Hsp70 和 Hsp90 的辅助伴侣蛋白，并且在早期受体复合体中出现 (1,2)。通过与 Hsp70 和 Hsp90 相互结合，Hop 作为可以整合 Hsp70 和 Hsp90 相互作用的接头蛋白发挥作用 (3,4)。HOP 是含量丰富和高度保守的蛋白质，由三个三角形四肽重复序列 (TPR) 结构域（TPR1、TPR2a 和 TPR2b）和两个 DP 重复结构域（DP1 和 DP2）组成，这些结构域的功能尚未充分理解 (5)。
