背景信息：
CD62P/P-选择素是一种 I 型跨膜糖蛋白，主要由静息型血小板、巨核细胞和血管内皮细胞表达并储存在细胞内颗粒中 (1,2)。CD62P/P-选择素的受限表达模式使得这种分子定位为止血、血栓形成和炎症的关键调节物。响应于促炎细胞因子而活化的血小板和内皮细胞在细胞表面表达 CD62P/P-选择素，后者作为粘附受体促进白细胞召集到炎症部位 (3-5)。CD62P/P-选择素还通过促进循环中的肿瘤细胞与活化的血小板和内皮细胞粘附而与癌细胞转移有关 (6,7)。
