GCDFP-15（Gross cystic disease fluid protein-15，囊泡病液体蛋白-15）是一种分子量为15kDa的单链蛋白，常见于囊泡病的囊泡液中。在正常组织中表达于顶浆腺上皮、泪腺、耵聍腺、莫氏腺、颌下腺、鼻腔和支气管腺体、舌下腺和小唾液腺；在肿瘤组织中主要表达于乳腺癌（小叶癌（90%），原位癌（72%）和转移性乳腺癌（80%））和涎腺癌。可用于乳腺癌和涎腺导管癌的诊断。
