背景信息：
Pin1 是肽酰脯氨酰异构酶（PPI 酶）细蛋白家族的一员，它与哺乳动物细胞周期的 G2/M 期转换有关 (1-6)。Pin1 是一种小（18kDa）蛋白质，具有两个不同的功能结构域：氨基末端 WW 结构域和羧基末端 PPlase 结构域。Pin1 可与 Plk1、cdc25C 和 cdc27 等多种有丝分裂磷蛋白相互作用，并被认为是这些靶分子的一种磷酸化依赖性 PPl 酶 (7-9)。
