背景信息：
激素敏感性脂肪酶 (HSL) 能催化甘油三酯的水解，即脂解中的限速步骤。脂解刺激会激活腺苷酸环化酶，从而使胞内 cAMP 水平升高，反过来会激活蛋白激酶 A (PKA)。PKA 在 Ser563、Ser659 和 Ser660 位点磷酸化 HSL，进而刺激 HSL 活性 (1,2)。相比之下，AMPK 在 Ser565 位点磷酸化 HSL，则会减弱 PKA 在 Ser563 位点对 HSL 的磷酸化，抑制 HSL 活性 (2,3)。近期研究表明，p44/42 MAPKs 在 Ser600 位点的磷酸化，还会增强 HSL 的酶活性 (4)。
