背景信息：
GAP43 是富含生长锥和高塑性区的神经系统特异性、生长相关蛋白 (1)。GAP43 在 Ser41 处由 PKC 磷酸化受胞内 Ca2+调节并影响 GAP43 结合钙调蛋白的能力 (2,3)。GAP43 是生长锥形成、神经突长出和有功能的大脑皮层发育不可或缺的 (4,5)。GAP43 表达异常 可见于经诊断患有精神分裂症和阿尔茨海默病的患者中 (6,7)。
