DETQ 是一种选择性、变构和具有口服活性的多巴胺 D1 受体 (dopamine D1 receptor) (Dopamine Receptor) 增强剂。在表达人 D1 受体的 HEK293 细胞中，DETQ 增加 cAMP，EC₅₀为 5.8 nM，K_b为 26 nM。DETQ 对大鼠和小鼠 D1 受体的效力降低了约 30 倍，并且对人类 D5 受体无活性。

生物活性

DETQ is a selective, allosteric and orally activedopamine D1 receptor(Dopamine Receptor) potentiator. In HEK293 cells expressing the human D1 receptor, DETQ increases cAMP with anEC₅₀of 5.8 nM and aK_bof 26 nM. DETQ shows ~30-fold less potent at rat and mouse D1 receptors and is inactive at the human D5 receptor^[1].
