N-Arachidonoylserotonin (Arachidonyl serotonin; AA-5-HT) 是一种有效的脂肪酰胺水解酶 (FAAH)抑制剂，IC₅₀为 1~12 μM。N-Arachidonoylserotonin 还可作为瞬时受体电位香草型 1 (TRPV1) 通道的拮抗剂 (IC₅₀=70~100 nM)。N-Arachidonoylserotonin 对啮齿动物有镇痛作用。

生物活性	N-Arachidonoylserotonin (Arachidonyl serotonin; AA-5-HT) is a potentfatty acid amide hydrolase (FAAH)inhibitor with anIC₅₀value of 1~12 μM. N-Arachidonoylserotonin acts also as an antagonist of transient receptor potential vanilloid-type 1 (TRPV1) channels (IC₅₀=70~100 nM). N-Arachidonoylserotonin is analgesic in rodents^[1].
