8-CPT-Cyclic AMP (8-CPT-cAMP) sodium 是环 AMP 依赖性蛋白激酶的选择性激活剂。 8-CPT-Cyclic AMP sodium 也是环 GMP 特异性磷酸二酯酶(PDE VA)的有效抑制剂，IC₅₀为 0.9 μM。 8-CPT-Cyclic AMP sodium 还抑制 PDE III 和 PDE IV，IC₅₀分别为 24 和 25 μM。8-CPT-Cyclic AMP sodium 对 Epac 具有非常高的亲和力，是一种有效的Epac活化剂。

生物活性	8-CPT-Cyclic AMP (8-CPT-cAMP) sodium is a selective activator ofcyclic AMP-dependent protein kinase (PKA). 8-CPT-Cyclic AMP sodium is also a potent inhibitor of the cyclic GMP-specificphosphodiesterase(PDE VA)with anIC₅₀of 0.9 μM. 8-CPT-Cyclic AMP sodium also inhibits PDE III and PDE IV with IC₅₀Epacand is a potentEpacactivator^[1]^[2].
体外研究 (In Vitro)	a-Fas and TNF-α/CHX induces neutrophil death rapidly (within 2 h) to at least 90%. The commonly used cAMP analog 8-pCPT-cAMP (0.7 mM) delays TNF- /CHX-induced and a-Fas-induced apoptosis. It is more efficient against apoptosis induced by TNF- /CHX than against a-Fas^[2].
